Hello! My name is Dawn and I am a proud military wife and mother of two adorable little boys. I am a former elementary school teacher, who took some time off to be a stay at home momma, and I am loving every minute of it! In my very little spare time, usually around naptime and anywhere after bedtime, I love to craft! Any type of crafting, you name it, I love to do it. Scrapbooking, sewing, card making, do-it-yourself projects, trying to recreate everything on Pinterest, and my new recent love… furniture restoration.  My favorite day of the week is Saturday. I call it Mommy’s Therapy Day.  It’s the one day of the week my husband gives me the day off. Isn’t that sweet! He is so wonderful! J Now, don’t get me wrong, I love my kiddos and I love my husband, and I enjoy spending time with them, but every lady has to shop! Saturday is a day I get to spend at yard sales, estate sales, antique stores, flea markets and then come home and do a little crafting. I get to take my time strolling through the the isles of Hobby Lobby, Michael’s, and Joann’s drawing inspiration for my next greatest craft project uninterrupted by the temper tantrums of my two year old. It’s the one day that I get to see where my “Saturday Morning Adventures” take me! I hope you stay tuned and follow along too!
